DESCRIPTION
Sea Spray Cruises is St. Lucia's leading Catamaran cruise operator, and we are also the only company to offer a Pirate Tour on the island as well as the Flyboard, which is the world's fastest growing watersports activity. Below is some information on my company and the tours we offer.
The Sea Spray Cruises fleet comprises of three catamarans: Mango Tango (52' long, maximum capacity 50 passengers); Jus Tango (65' long, maximum capacity 110 passengers); Tango Too (80' long, maximum capacity 150 passengers) and a Pirate Ship that is a replica 18th Century Galleon.
History of Sea Spray Cruises:
Sea Spray Cruises is a locally, family owned and operated company offering day sailing tours to Soufriere and our surrounding attractions. We started operations with our smallest catamaran Mango Tango in October of 1991. At the time it was a husband and wife running the business with two employees, a big change from our operations now which consist of four boats and 26 employees.
In 1994 we realized that Mango Tango (our 52 ft cat) was too small to cater for the fast growing cruise ship business. The cruise ships were getting bigger and we had to grow too. Our second catamaran, Tango Too (80 ft) was built and could carry 150 passengers comfortably. Buying this boat was a great decision because we not only had a boat for cruise ships but could also hold large groups for weddings, birthdays and company outings. Local rides are also very popular on Tango Too.
In 2000 we took delivery of Jus Tango (65 ft) licensed to carry 110 passengers. Just Tango proved to be very popular with our guests, she is large, comfortable and has lots of area for tanning.
In February of 2003 we had a new and exciting challenge added to our fleet, the 138ft Tall Ship, Brig Unicorn. She was featured in several movies, most recently Pirates of the Caribbean 1, 2 and 3. We have been very successful in creating Pirate themed tours with cannons, pirates and fun activities for everyone, especially the kids. Unfortunately Brig Unicorn could only last so long and has since been retired and replaced by Lianas Ransom.
In November 2013 we replaced Liana's Ransom with our best ship yet, Black Magic as well as introducing the Flyboard!
We have received Two Thompsons Gold awards for excellence and have been recognized by the Ministry of Tourism for our excellent service. Additionally we recently received a Trip Advisor 2012 Certificate of Excellence, 5 star rating, and an award from Princess Cruise Line for the Best High Volume Tour of the Season. We now have a new saying, Come Do It with Sea Spray Cruise. We offer numerous tours and adventures!
The tours we offer are:
Pirates Full Day Adventure: This trip entails a day onboard a replica Pirate Ship which sails south down the east coast of St. Lucia to the town of Soufriere where they see the Majestic Pitons. While in Soufriere they visit the Beautiful Diamond Waterfalls and Botanical Gardens, Volcano (Sulphur Springs), and then back to the Ship for a tasty buffet lunch on board, before heading to the swim stop. The day would not be complete if they did not see Marigot Bay, St. Lucia's best hurricane haven and location to some of the world's best known movies. Children get the opportunity to get dressed up as a pirate for the day and take part in games onboard (treasure hunt, etc). Guests can learn to fire our 4 black powder cannons, swing from the yardarm and walk the plank if desired! An exciting day for the whole family!!! Price $105.00 US.
Sunset Cruise: There is no better way to spend two hours (5pm - 7pm) than onboard one of our Pirate Ship. On the sunset you can enjoy complimentary hors doeurves and drinks fruit punch, rum punch, sodas, champagne and rum mixes, while listening to the sounds of live steel band onboard as the sun dips to the west and the evening sets in. Price $55.00 US.
Tout Bagay (Full day catamaran sail to Soufriere): As you can find out from anyone, the Creole words Tout Bagay means Everything. Need I say more? This is a full day tour down the east coast of St. Lucia to Soufriere, home of the majestic Pitons. Guests get a guided tour through the Volcano or a warm Sulphur Mud Bath and Toraille Waterfall (where they can swim) before heading to the historic Morne Coubaril Estate, which is a mixture of both everlasting beauty and unforgettable history. There the guests are shown how the first inhabitants lived in thatched houses and how they produced cocoa and sugar cane for survival. After this, lunch is served where guests sit down with nature and enjoy our Creole buffet lunch which is prepared using some of the ground provisions and vegetables produced on the estate. Following lunch guests return to the boat and head back up the coast to the swim stop. Snorkeling is allowed and gear is also provided if they wish to be one with the underworld. The day would not be complete if they did not see Marigot Bay, St. Lucia's best hurricane haven and location to some of the world's best known movies. As the day winds down the party wines up where guests are encouraged to try a few dance moves to some of the Caribbean's latest and most popular songs before returning to the docks for 5pm. We do offer transfers to and from all hotels and strategic areas in the northern part of the island.

What to Expect
What you should bring to your flight:
1) Swim attire - Everyone (male and female) is required to wear shorts
2) Towel(s)

To fly you must be at least 18 years of age. Recommended shoe size must be between 6 - 13. Weight cannot exceed 350 pounds. You will be required to wear a helmet and life jacket during the flight.
