This secluded 10-acre, gated enclave houses three villas, Harmony, Infinity and Mystique, which sit majestically above Cove Pond with stunning panoramic views of the sea and nearby St Martin. The estates’ contemporary architectural and interior design, the vision of Anguillan owner and contractor, Sheridan Smith, reflect a fusion of Caribbean and Asian influences.
The crown jewel of the three villas is Villa Mystique, an impressive 21,000-sq-ft gem, which joins five grand villa suites with two bridges that connect to the main living area. It features infinity-edge bathtubs in most of the seven bathrooms, three pools, a full gym and optional garden suite. Villas Harmony and Infinity mirror one another in design with 14,000 sq ft, seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms with signature infinity-edge bathtubs and two pools per villa. With exotic hardwoods, Italian marble and travertine, hand-carved beds from Burma and state-of-the-art technology, these villas offer style and luxury without sacrificing the demands of modern life.

The 20-room, seven-pool trio of residences offers weekly rates with inclusive services that aim to satisfy guest requests 24 hours a day. The services range from a personal villa chef and concierge, round-trip airport transfers and private transport to Maundays Bay Beach and the St Regis golf course (also debuting in November), in addition to complimentary offerings such as afternoon canapés and turn-down service.
To celebrate their grand opening on November 23, the property is offering a “Once in a Lifetime” package valid from December 1-16, 2006. This package includes the rental of three ensuite bedrooms in Villa Infinity or Villa Harmony for four days and three nights (maximum six people per villa) at the rate of $4,950 per villa, which represents a savings of $1,200.
The package include a welcome gift basket; three-day car rental; complimentary choice of one of the following: one golf round at the St Regis 18-hole course, two private in-villa hot stone or deep tissue massages, a coastal island tour by speedboat, two private in-villa aqua aerobic classes or two private in-villa aromatherapy facials; a private chef; a concierge privé; daily housekeeping with turn-down service; laundress; use of the infinity pools with hot tub; beach transport to Maundays Bay; round-trip transfers to/from the airport or ferry; and government tax and service charge. Food costs are additional.
Guests staying at Sheriton Estates are offered 24-hour personal service, including private transport, signing privileges at Cap Juluca and access to the St Regis golf course.
