American Eagle launches new daily flight between Nassau and Chicago
Nassau, The Bahamas (April 12, 2005) - American Eagle, the regional affiliate of American Airlines, will begin non-stop jet service between Nassau, The Bahamas, and Chicago O’Hare International Airport on June 9. The once-daily flight will be operated using its 70-seat Canadair CRJ-700 jet, providing customers with a convenient schedule at competitive prices.
The outbound American Eagle flight number 4467 departs Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) daily at 12:40pm and arrives at Nassau International Airport (NAS) at 5pm. Departing Nassau, flight number 4468 leaves daily at 5:45pm and arrives in Chicago at 8:09pm.
“We’re pleased to be expanding our presence in Nassau with this new service to Chicago,” says Peter Bowler, President of American Eagle. “American is the largest provider of air service between Nassau and the United States with daily service to Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, and Orlando, and weekend service to New York LaGuardia on American Eagle or American Airlines.”
