Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA (February 9, 2006) – Spirit Airlines, the leading low-cost carrier to the Caribbean, today launches daily non-stop service to Grand Cayman in the Cayman Islands. A new Airbus A319 aircraft will serve Grand Cayman with two-class service and all leather seats throughout the cabin.
Non-stop service will be offered from Fort Lauderdale to Grand Cayman with connecting service from Atlanta, Atlantic City, Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Detroit, New York/LaGuardia, Orlando, Providence, Tampa and Washington DC/Reagan National.
