Dining options on Grand Bahama include everything from haute cuisine in an elegant dining room to hamburgers on the beach. LE MED MEDITERRANEAN RESTAURANT: This restaurant and bar on the marina specializes in Mediterranean cuisine and American and Bahamian dishes with Mediterranean flair. LUCIANO’S: The ultimate in fine dining, featuring French and continental cuisine, using the freshest ingredients, served in a sophisticated setting. SPARKY’S BAR: This newest addition to the bustling Port Lucaya Marketplace is a quaint and hip new watering hole combining South Beach style with the relaxed atmosphere of The Bahamas. Patrons will find chocolate martinis, tart "appletinis," fantastic margaritas and local beer on tap. Enjoy your libation at the cool concrete bar or on Sparky’s deck with views of Count Basie Sq and Port Lucaya Marina. DJs spin a variety of tunes to please everyone’s musical palate four nights a week. Come early because it’s hard to get a seat in this trendy hangout. Open seven days. RUBY SWISS EUROPEAN RESTAURANT: Featuring the warmth and charm of Europe, quality food, excellent seafood and a wine list with reasonably priced vintages.
