Cobalt Coast resort and Divetech’s Rogest Art Down Under set for June 2007
Cayman Islands (March 30, 2007) – Join Divetech at Cobalt Coast resort in the Cayman Islands for a week of diving, art and environmental awareness. Dive in the morning and learn to paint in the afternoon with internationally renowned marine artist Ron Steven, better known as Rogest. At the end of the week, one of your paintings will be sold to raise awareness and funds for an environmental cause.
The Rogest Art Down Under package includes seven night’s luxury accommodation in an ocean suite, including all tax and service charges; seven-day full meal plan with sumptuous dishes; five evenings of wine & cheese cocktail hours; round-trip airport transfers; welcome cocktail on arrival; daily two-tank boat trip to the North Wall, including two one-hour dives, 100 per cent computer profiles and a free dive computer rental; unlimited awesome shore diving right off the dock and at Turtle Reef; transport to and tour of local art display; five afternoon painting sessions with Rogest to create two unique canvases (one you will take home, the other you will donate to the auction with 100 per cent of the proceeds being donated to a local environmental cause); gallery auction evening on Friday nights with refreshments; and digital video DVD of Rogest Art Down Under week by Jay Easterbrook at Divetech. Nitrox is available at $10/tank add-on as requested.
Rogest Art Down Under Week is set for June 23-30, 2007. Package prices start at US$2,181.50 for divers and US$1,693.50 for non-divers based on triple occupancy. Single, double and quadruple occupancy rates also available. A US$500 per person non-refundable deposit is required with reservation.
