Willemstad, Curaçao (November 8, 2004) – For those who need to stay in touch while on vacation, the Curaçao Marriott Beach Resort & Emerald Casino now offers wireless Internet access throughout the resort’s public areas. Guests can also take advantage of in-room high-speed Internet access.
The Curaçao Marriott Beach Resort is one of only two properties on this Caribbean island offering high-speed and wireless Internet access for both the individual traveler and group/conference attendee. The public areas covered by the wireless service include the pool, beach, lobby, Emerald Lounge, and Palm Café. Rates are $5 for one hour; $8 for two hours; $12 for three hours; or $14.95 for a full day. In guest rooms, Guest-Tek high-speed Internet access is available for $14.95 per 24-hour period. Both the wireless and Guest-Tek systems are fully supported by a 24-hour information and technical support service.
