Executive chef Edgar González Barrado joins Agua from the three-Michelin-star Arzak in San Sebastin, Spain. He keeps things simple using local ingredients, fresh seafood and meats, and organic foods whenever possible. The resort supports local farmers and fisherman in order to maintain a sustainable community in the Uvero Alto region.
