Plantana is on the finest section of Grand Cayman's renowned Seven Mile Beach. Pristine white sand creates a wide and extensive beachfront and then extends right out into the ocean to form a lovely, rippled floor. About
Plantana's mature plantings - colorful blooming shrubs, lofty arching palms and expansive lawns - graciously wrap our plantation style architecture to offer beauty, pleasure and tranquility that is now almost impossible to find elsewhere.
Accommodations
Make your vacation home here at Plantana in a one, two or three bedroom condo. Would you like to be in a ground floor Ocean Front unit where the sand and the sea are mere steps away? Or, how about right adjacent to the pool where your children can play with friends? On the other hand, are panoramic vistas irresistible to you? If so, the upper floors of ocean front units provide spectacular bird's eye views of the sparkling Caribbean sea, and in some, sweeping views south to Georgetown and north to the farthest reach of Seven Mile Beach. Alternatively, is it your preference, at the end of the day, to relax in the serene and private refuge of a Garden sanctuary? Or, in our set-back Ocean View units, you can combine the best of two worlds, enjoying both our lush tropical gardens as well as partial ocean vistas and evening sunsets.
All Plantana units have well-equipped kitchens, high speed internet, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryers, telephones (free local calls), television, and central air conditioning.
Dining
Within a few minutes' stroll, you can enjoy a variety of terrific independent restaurants, or, ones at the Westin or Ritz Hotels. Some of these restaurants offer Sunday brunch and/or festive nightlife with live Caribbean music.
Activities
You can also be picked up right at Plantana for a short drive to spectacular scuba diving sites, a good game of golf or tennis, horseback-riding on the beach, a visit to Sting Ray City, or the Turtle Farm at Boatswain's Bay. Small public buses can take you up and down Seven Mile Beach, or right into Georgetown.
