About
Perfectly located on the secluded northern end of Grand Cayman Island's gorgeous Seven Mile Beach, Silver Sands is your perfect island getaway. We offer Grand Cayman hospitality with luxury accommodations that come with all of the comforts of home and so much more.

Our eight low-rise, 2 and 3 story buildings are staggered horseshoe shaped facing the Caribbean Sea on over 4 acres of beachfront and mature landscaped gardens. There are 42 privately owned condos on the property with only 16 in the rental pool. This allows for a private beach experience with solitude and tranquility for our guests.

Accommodations
We offer beautifully appointed two and three bedroom rental units with oceanfront views. Each condo is individually owned and decorated to suit a wide variety of tastes and is equipped with everything necessary for our guests to experience that "home away from home" feeling. All have central air-conditioning and private patios or balconies with lighting and ceiling fans. There are also
ceiling fans throughout all of the condos.

Our kitchens are fully equipped and there are barbeque grills located around the property and at the gazebo to allow for "eating in" as a wonderful alternative to costly restaurants and take-out meals. There is a grocery store within 1 mile of our property. Dont forget the charcoal!
