Palio restaurant specializes in Puerto Rican fusion cuisine, offering fresh, natural, flavorful ingredients to capture the best of the island culinary tradition. Located on the second floor of the Sheraton Old San Juan Hotel, Palio is conveniently located in the heart of Old San Juan and features spectacular views of the San Juan Bay. Senses will be immersed in the delicious flavor of Palio's signature dishes, including mouthwatering "Kan-Kan" pork chops, tapas, select meats, and an array of fine wines.
