Welcome to Necker Island, Sir Richard Branson's private island paradise in the British Virgin Islands. The island is spread over 74 acres and sits in turquoise waters surrounded by coral reefs and fringed with beautiful white sandy beaches. Necker is normally hired privately for up to 30 guests in 15 rooms and Bali Houses. During selected 'Celebration Weeks' during the year couples or singles can book individual rooms and share the island 'house party' style.
About
Necker Island is Sir Richard Branson's home and favourite hideaway. He first purchased the island in 1978 and it opened as a luxury retreat available for private hire in 1984. Necker Island is now part of Virgin Limited Edition, Richard's portfolio of unique retreats. There is a team of 70 fabulous staff on island plus more than 200 flamingos who are all part of the Necker family!

Amenities: Rates are inclusive of all meals and all drinks throughout the stay, dining is a real highlight with meals served in variety of locations, either inside or outside, formal or informal. Activities such as a huge range of water sports and tennis tuition is also included, with expert instructors. There are two main swimming pools to enjoy, a Jacuzzi and wonderful beaches to relax on. Spa treatments are available at an additional cost.
Policies: Necker Island is generally hired exclusively by one party, with a minimum 5 night stay. During selected dates Necker Island hosts Celebration Weeks, when individual rooms and Bali Houses can be booked by couples, singles or families.
