The three villas on the ground floor have air conditioning units. About Patsy's is the undiscovered, affordable beachfront place to relax on the friendly Caribbean island of Anguilla. Anguilla has 30 fantastic white sand beaches, and Patsy's Seaside Villas is on one of them, Sandy Point beach. Eat in, or go out to one one Anguilla's many gourmet restaurants.
