7-million viewers watch ABCs The Bachelorette Emily Maynard in Curacao

Curacao (August 31, 2012) - As the much anticipated episode previous to the season finale aired on July 9th, Curacao took the stage as the stunning and breathtaking backdrop for ABC's The Bachelorette Emily Maynard and her suitors, as more than 7 million viewers followed Emily's search for love on the island!
The two-hour episode featured the beautiful Sandton Kura Hulanda Lodge & Beach Club, as well as the dreamy Sailing Ship Insulinde, the world-renowned Dolphin Academy along with their impressive dolphins, Bounty Adventure?s remarkable Jonalisa catamaran, and DeGoverneur?s excellent culinary offerings.
The exciting season finale episode aired on July 22, as almost 9 million viewers watched Emily fall in love and break a heart. Maynard?s search for love continued during the episode as her suitors settled into the Sandton Kura Hulanda Hotel & Spa where they explored the Museum Kura Hulanda.
Emily and her daughter stayed at the Sirena Bay Estate for the finale episode, as it is located in a gorgeous and secluded location with private pools which was ideal for her and her daughter. Emily and her suitors loved exploring the Santa Barbara Plantation, along with the Dinah Veeris' Botanic & Herb Garden.
The spectacular rose ceremony took place in the Village Square of the beautiful Sandton Kura Hulanda Hotel & Spa, where Emily Maynard and Jef Holm got engaged!
