PRESS RELEASE - 2008
Negril, JAMAICA (February 5, 2008) - Escape to the tropical jungles of Jamaica - but forget the camping gear! Island Outpost's new Clandestino
Villa lies nestled in Negril's lush landscape yet is steps away from the ocean and first-class services of famed resort The Caves - it's anything but roughing it.
At Clandestino Villa, guests can discover the total privacy of Jamaica's jungles and relaxing the comfort of first-rate island amenities.
The
four-bedroom villa is 3,500 square-feet of wood, stone and thatched- square-foot, sitting on a fully enclosed half-acre of naturally landscaped jungle gardens. Cut stone walkways, two-car open-air parking area and automated main entrance gate outline the property.
A swimming pool glistens behind the house. Families and other groups will find plenty of space to relax, along with a host of upscale amenities.
A master bedroom contains King bed, double-sized Jacuzzi bath and two private balconies, one open air with lounge chairs, the other pool-side with over sized rattan armchairs - all ideal for sunbathing and moon-gazing.
Two bedrooms feature bathrooms and queen size beds. One bath is sunken and fronted by louvered doors, which roll open to reveal a bust of tropical flora. The fourth bedroom is a private studio, detached from the main house, containing a double bed, bathroom, small kitchenette and louvered windows.
Clandestino Villa features a fully equipped kitchen and pantry; an office/study with two desk stations and large worktable; and a spacious
living/dining area with high ceiling, over-sized bamboo/rattan furniture and bay windows.
A powder room sits just off the main living area. Travers in the length of the house is a latticed passageway. Clandestino Villa additionally contains Satellite television, air conditioning, CD/DVD/VCR player, flat-screen TV, poolside Gazebo with built-in sofa and lounge chairs, portable barbeque grill, laundry room with washer and dryer and wireless Internet.
After conquering a day in the jungle, adventurers seek out the sea. A three-minute walk by underground tunnel leads to the ocean, connecting the
main land side property to boutique resort.
Here sits a cliff-op bar and sunning area with access to the shimmering Caribbean Sea, via a cut stone stairway and pool ladder. All-inclusive guests have access to additional areas of The Caves resort: a cliff-side swimming pool, private hot tub, Jacuzzi, sauna, Aveda Amnity Spa, two dining Gazebos with full bar and additional swimming and tanning areas.
Rates are fully inclusive for two persons from $750, four persons from $875 and six persons from $1175 in low season and from $875 per night for two persons, $1175 for fur persons and $1675 for six persons in high season.
