Island wide promotion of Anguilla restaurant and Anguilla hotel deals

Anguilla, British West Indies (May 2009) - Anguilla is serving up an island wide Prix Fixe Summer promotion offering visitors special three course tasting menus at some of the island's best restaurants AND a menu of accommodation savings at select resorts, hotels & villas.
Designed to provide guests with true value for money -- and an opportunity to experience the barefoot luxury and quality offerings of the chic island at affordable prices -- Prix Fixe Summer will run from June 1st through August 31st.
With one of the Caribbean's most acclaimed dining scenes, Anguilla's restaurateurs are putting a twist on the popular Restaurant Week promotions in many US cities and welcoming summer 2009 guests with $35 and $45 prix fixe pricing for three course menus for the entire season (excluding beverages, gratuity and tax; regular a la carte menus also offered).
The $45 menu will be served up at Blanchards, a mecca for foodies, considered one of the best in the Caribbean; Veya, the newest culinary star on the island; Koal Keel, set in an historic 1700's Great House and featuring Eurasion-Caribbean specialties; CuisinArt Resort & Spa's Cafe Mediterraneo, a lively brasserie inspired by the cuisines of the Mediterranean region; and The Old Caribe, an island classic poised midway on beautiful Rendezvous Bay at the Anguilla Great House.
Menus for $35.00 will be featured at Tasty's, Chef Dale Carty's local favorite specializing in sophisticated West Indian cuisine; Roy's Bayside Grill, a casual beachfront spot for great grilled steaks and seafood; Ripples, Sandy Ground?s lively, transplanted English pub with island favorites; E?s Oven, where Caribbean fusion food is the specialty; and Kuyah, Chef Deon Thomas? beachfront outpost at Ku Resort on Shoal Bay.
The accommodations sector is serving up the amuse bouche with two nights free for seven night bookings. Participating properties feature a mix of the island's renowned luxury resorts, Charming Escape Collection small hotels, and spectacular private villas.
Offering Stay for Seven Pay for Five are Malliouhana Resort & Spa; Cap Juluca (excluding June); Paradise Cove Resort; Meads Bay Beach Villas; Spyglass Villa; Temenos Villas; Anguilla Great House; Carimar Beach Club; Ku Resort, and Rum Punch Villa. Frangipani Beach Resort and Cap Juluca (excluding June) are also offering Stay for Four Pay for Three. Some blackouts and restrictions may apply.
