Jardin Cacao Restaurant and Bar, serving lunch and dinner has a unique location, as it actually spans across a small stream in the heart of the plantation. Constructed from Bamboo and Tropical hard woods with an open air aspect, it blends in perfectly with the surrounding flowers and vegetation. The chef draws upon Caribbean and French influences to create local Creole masterpieces using the freshest organic fruits and vegetables harvested daily from the surrounding estate.
