French born Chef Eric Brunel hass worked in various Michelin Star and Relais & Chateaux restaurants around the world. His experience is highlighted by his 3 years at the world famous Ritz Hotel in Paris which is home of the Ritz Escoffier Culinary school. Eric has also attended a Fusion Cuisine course with Ecole Lenotre Paris in 2008. Chef Eric has worked in Bermuda, the Turks and Caicos Islands and the British Virgin Islands. A yearning to become more acquainted with the Pacific cuisine, took him to Bora Bora, Taha'a (the Vanilla Island) and New Caledonia
