It features magnificent views, a sandy beach, an expansive sundeck with a freshwater swimming pool, extensive covered patio overlooking the pool, patio fans, air conditioning, elegant decor reminiscent of the tropical British Empire, designer furnishings, a kitchen with ocean views, breakfast bar, great room, Internet access, five master bdrms and daily maid service (except Sun and bank holidays). Built with families in mind, bdrm locks and secure gateways ensure young children can't access the outdoors and pool area. The villa is situated 100 yards from the pristine waters of Mahoe Bay on Virgin Gorda's west coast.

POLICIES:
Rates are pro-rated to a seven-night stay and include a 7% government tax and 12% service fee. Premium rates may apply during Christmas, Thanksgiving and holidays. Reduced rates may be available for using less bdrms. The min booking period in the summer is five nights and in the winter, seven nights, however, during Christmas (Dec 15-Jan 4) and holidays the min booking period is 10 nights.
