DESCRIPTION:
Ideally situated on one of the choicest sites on Mahoe Bay, Island Magic is a four-bdrm, 4.5-bath villa with spectacular views from every location inside and outside of the home. It features and infinity-edge swimming pool, outdoor covered dining patio, air conditioning, indoor/outdoor gourmet kitchen and bar area, open-plan great room with a light-filled vaulted ceiling, two walls of sliding glass doors opening onto the pool deck, dining area, living room and entertainment section, TV, VCR, stereo system, library, games and daily maid service (except Sun and bank holidays). All bdrms have air conditioning, a ceiling fan and ensuite bath alfresco glass-brick showers. Four identically-sized master bdrms each have a private entrance, furnished balcony and magnificent ocean views across Mahoe Bay to the distant islands across Sir Francis Drake Channel. A secluded white-sand beach is only steps away.

POLICIES:
Rates are pro-rated to a seven-night stay and include a 7% government tax and 12% service fee. Premium rates may apply during Christmas, Thanksgiving and holidays. Reduced rates may be available for using less bdrms. The min booking period in the summer is five nights and in the winter, seven nights, however, during Christmas (Dec 15-Jan 4) and holidays the min booking period is 10 nights.
NEAREST AIRPORT: Terrance B Lettsome International Airport (EIS) on Beef Island, which is at the eastern end of Tortola, and then a five-min flight to the Virgin Gorda airport (VIJ) or a ferry ride to the Virgin Gorda ferry terminal in Spanish Town, The Valley
