DESCRIPTION:
Nestled in one of the Caribbean�s most beautiful coves in Mahoe Bay, Loblolly is a six-bdrm, 6.5-bath, child-friendly villa overlooking the Caribbean Sea with views extending all the way to the silhouette of the island of Tortola. Built in a hexagonal architecture, it features a terrace overlooking the unique hexagonal freshwater pool, an expansive covered patio overlooking the sea, a wet bar, several outdoor dining areas, air conditioning, gourmet kitchen with a center island, dining area, great room with beamed cathedral ceilings, TV, VCR, CD stereo, games, library, office area with a separate modem/fax line, barbecue and daily maid service (except Sundays and bank holidays). All bdrms open onto a patio overlooking the sea and have air conditioning and an ensuite bath. The villa is within a two-min walk of the beach and a community tennis court is located in Mahoe Bay. Grocery stores, restaurants, gift shops, laundry facilities and more are located in Spanish Town, a 10-min drive away.

POLICIES:
Rates are pro-rated to a seven-night stay and include a 7% government tax and 12% service fee. Premium rates may apply during Christmas, Thanksgiving and holidays. Reduced rates may be available for using less bdrms. The min booking period in the summer is five nights and in the winter, seven nights, however, during Christmas (Dec 15-Jan 4) and holidays the min booking period is 10 nights.
NEAREST AIRPORT: Terrance B Lettsome International Airport (EIS) on Beef Island, which is at the eastern end of Tortola, and then a five-min flight to the Virgin Gorda airport (VIJ) or a ferry ride to the Virgin Gorda ferry terminal in Spanish Town, The Valley
