DESCRIPTION:
Located in Leverick Bay, Mikaya is a very private three-bdrm, three-bath, hillside villa with magnificent views over Leverick Bay Resort and Marina, North Sound, Mosquito Island and the Caribbean Sea. It features a sundeck with a swimming pool, covered deck, outdoor dining, high-beamed ceilings in the main living area, a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining areas and daily maid service (except Sun and bank holidays). All bdrms have an ensuite bath. A beach and the Leverick Bay Resort and Marina with its restaurant, watersports, laundromat, spa, shops, pool and tennis court are located a few mins away.

POLICIES:
Rates are pro-rated to a seven-night stay and include a 7% government tax and 12% service fee. Premium rates may apply during Christmas, Thanksgiving and holidays. Reduced rates may be available for using less bdrms. The min booking period in the summer is five nights and in the winter, seven nights, however, during Christmas (Dec 15-Jan 4) and holidays the min booking period is 10 nights.
