DESCRIPTION:
Situated on a tranquil lagoon in the exclusive residential area of Cayman Kai, Pieces Of Eight is a five-bdrm, 5.5-bath beachfront villa with a studio apartment. The main house features air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, a full kitchen, living/dining room, outdoor dining, cable TV, DVD player, stereo, pool table, laundry facilities, barbecue, a screened furnished porch, private boat dock and a furnished patio with a freshwater swimming pool. The bdrms contain one king- and three queen-sized beds and two bunk beds. All bdrms have furnished balconies and ensuite baths, the master bdrm with a Jacuzzi. The large studio apartment has a queen-sized bed, full bath, full kitchen, small living area, TV, DVD player, laundry facilities and a balcony overlooking the pool, white powdery beach and water. The two are within easy walking distance of a beach bar, restaurant, watersports shop, tennis court and ferry service to a golf course, and only a short drive to additional restaurants, a grocery store, activities and the quaint little town of Old Man Bay.
