DESCRIPTION:
Situated across from L'Anse aux Epines beach, Swallow Villa is a three-bdrm, three-bath, luxury waterfront villa designed by the late Arne Hasselqvist of Mustique Villas fame. It features a stunning view over Prickly Bay, cool tropical breezes, an infinity-edge swimming pool, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, wet bar, living and dining areas, VCR, CD/cassette player, movie and music library, books, games, office, computer, Internet access, printer, fax machine, air-conditioned exercise room/gym, laundry facilities, safe, back-up generator, security system, built-in charcoal grill, snorkelling equipment, baby crib, high chair and a housekeeper/cook/laundress. All bdrms have air conditioning, cable TV and an ensuite bath. The master bdrm opens onto a covered patio and has a king-sized bed, Jacuzzi tub for two, deluxe shower, dressing room and DVD player. A second bdrm across the patio can be fitted with a king-sized or two twin beds. The third bdrm, located at the end of the pool in its own pavilion, has a queen-sized bed. Additionally, the office has a twin bed, but no air conditioning.
