DESCRIPTION:
Nestled into two acres of lush gardens east of Prospect Plantation in Ocho Rios, Villa Viento is a beautiful seven-bdrm, seven-bath, child-friendly seaside villa composed of a two-bdrm main house and separate three-bdrm Island Suites and two-bdrm Chalet Suites. The property, which overlooks the Caribbean Sea, features spacious grounds that can accommodate up to 150 people for special events, a large freshwater swimming pool, a seaside bar with seating for 20, a gazebo and outdoor dining. The main house features a full kitchen, indoor dining, cable/satellite TV and a comfortable living room, which opens onto an expansive L-shaped covered verandah with Jamaican wicker seating, lounge chairs and dining for up to 14 people. All bdrms have air conditioning, a ceiling fan and ensuite bath. The bdrms in the main house contain one king-sized and four twin beds, which can be set up as king-sized beds. All suites in the Chalet Suites and the recently completed Island Suites each have a sitting area, TV, mini-refrigerator and two twins or a king-sized bed.
