Though very private, this 6,000+ sq ft property, with its remote controlled double gates, large circular drive and easy parking, is only a few minutes' drive from St Lucia's only 18-hole championship golf course, its finest restaurants, duty-free shopping, nightlife, mega-yacht marina, water sports and several luxury spas.
All 4 upstairs bedroom suites are light and airy, with high ceilings, breathtaking sea and sunset views and sharing sunny, sea-facing balconies. Three have king size beds and one has twin beds which can be made up as a king. All have air conditioning, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, cable TV, CD, radio, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer and ensuite marble shower rooms with twin glass vanities.
The downstairs study with its queen size sofa bed can easily convert into a 5th double bedroom with A/C and ceiling fan, using the adjacent full guest cloak/shower room as its own private ensuite.
A separate, fully air-conditioned guest cottage with sitting room and kitchenette contains the 6th double bedroom with its own shower room, cable TV, telephone and CD/radio as well as a breezy balcony with sea and sunset views.
Further down the hill, a romantic gazebo seating just four is perfect for sipping cocktails at sunset while watching fireflies dance in the dusk.
