Located on the beautiful shores of Providenciales, this 4000 sq/ft vacation rental looks like two houses, but it's all one spacious villa under two roofs. Surrounded by half an acre of lush landscaping and turquoise waters, Sunset Point Villa features four air-conditioned bedroom suites with king or queen beds, five baths, and wide wraparound decks.
Take a cool dip in your own private pool, or step down into the crystal clear ocean just off the pool deck. You'll find the water is shallow (about 3 to 4 feet deep) and typically calm, perfect for playing and swimming. There's a convenient snorkeling spot right next to the villa. POLICIES:
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 11% government accommodations tax and 9% service fee not included in rates. Bookings are generally from Saturday to Saturday. 25% deposit is required upon booking with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. You may cancel and get a full refund (less 8% of total rental administration fee) up to 90 days prior to arrival. Within 90 days, a refund is subject to re-letting the property. Additional maid service is available for $12 an hour with a three-hour minimum. A cook or chef is available for hire at an additional rate.
