Sea Rock is an owner managed and maintained property. We have been on St. John for 21 years and can offer you our experience, and we can ensure that all your needs are met. We think this is an awesome home on an amazing island.
Sea Rock has a spacious great room for entertaining the new friends you meet on the beach or the family you brought along. There are enough decks, patios and verandas to wander and dream in, with ample cozy intimate spaces for quiet moments. Our very private design will make you feel as if you entered an oasis.
Created and decorated by island artist Kat Sowa, Sea Rock has a special Caribbean feel with all of the comforts of home.

Bedrooms
Fall into a restful sleep in these elegantly furnished rooms, featuring King sized, custom memory foam mattresses that will cradle you into a heavenly slumber, preparing you for another perfect day on this lovely island. The clean designed Teak Room with 4 poster canopy bed and massive imported teak armoire and bed set evoke the richness of the spice islands and places extraordinary. The Mahogany Room's intricately carved 4 poster bed and furnishings conger the exotic paradise you have so brilliantly chosen to rest in.
Bathrooms
Masterful design keeps these two sophisticated baths tidy, offering plenty of cabinets and easy to clean travertine marble counters and floors. Step out to an unforgettable shower, as blue sky and ocean views enhance your private experience. The main floor shower features a Caribbean style stonework enclosure and hand laid stone floor in an artful mosaic that revels the organic flow of nature. The lower bath is artfully fauxed in marble to enhance the elegant feel of the travertine features. The private shower surround of imported hand carved teak panels and trailing vines set the stage for an exotic experience.
Kitchen
Create Caribbean inspired fare in the gourmet appointed kitchen. A butcher block island with stool seating brings the party to you. The professional grade 5 burner stainless steel gas stove and convection oven allows epicureans to prepare meals without a hitch. Energy and water efficient stainless steel dishwasher and top of the line refrigerator add to the convenience of this beautifully designed space. You will find all the sharp knives, small appliances and equipment you need to whip up a feast. An easily accessible panty with plenty of storage, chest freezer and wine cooler keep supplies at hand leaving you in relaxation mode.

Morning breaks with an awe inspiring sunrise over the warm turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. The colors of the light and air warm your spirit as you plan a relaxing day contemplating life, watching the boats as they slip in and out of the harbor, reading a great book or planning your adventures on this little jewel island. Dining and cocktail hour bring to mind a romantic movie. The day melts into twilight as the sea changes color and the stars & moon rise. The spot light from the moon reaches your toes and now you are the star.
POLICIES:
Rental Information
Weeks are rented Saturday to Saturday, however special arrangements can be made if necessary.
After landing at St. Thomas airport, you'll take a taxi ride to the dock and a short ferry ride to St. John. We will meet you at the dock and escort you to Sea Rock Villa. We recommend that you rent a 4 wheel-drive vehicle for your stay. We will be happy to arrange it for you - just ask.
Payments & Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance, plus a fully refundable damage deposit of $300, is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
We accept payment in the form of a check.
Returning guests: We invite you to deduct 10% off standard rates.
Cancellations
All payments are fully refundable, less a 10% administration fee, if we are able to re-rent Sea Rock during your booking period. Naturally, we will always do our utmost to help fill dates that must be cancelled. We suggest you purchase trip insurance to mitigate any unforeseen cancellation.
