As you wander through the 34 acres of lush tropical paradise, feel free to take advantage of the numerous activities that await you. Relax, sunbathe, or take a stroll on our beautiful beach with over 1000 feet of pristine white sand. Go for a swim in our large freshwater pool, enjoy great snorkeling right from the beach, or go scuba diving with a PADI 5-star facility conveniently located nearby.
Other activities nearby include parasailing, wave runners, windsurfing, kayaks, full and 1/2 day catamaran sails, and sunset cocktail cruises. There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance and in the town of Red Hook, only 1.8 miles away.
Also available within minutes of the resort is a beautiful and challenging 18 hole golf course and world class deep sea fishing. Don't forget to visit downtown Charlotte Amalie with its plethora of shops and boutiques, where there is something for everyone and duty free prices.
Also not to be missed are the many fabulous restaurants dotted all across the island, many with wonderful picturesque views. Taxis are available as well as car rentals. Day trips to neighboring islands can also be arranged.

RATES
* Rates are quoted in US Dollars, per night, and are single or double occupancy, and based upon availability.
* 2 persons per king room and 4 persons per double room. Any persons over the above limit will be a $35 charge per person. This limit should not be over 1 extra person per room. A cot can be provided for you upon request.
* Rates do not include 15% service charge, 8% governmnet room tax, and are subject to change without notice.
* Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
* Daily maid service provided Monday through Saturday. Maid service is not available Christmas Day.
* All villas are non-smoking.

DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
December 22 - January 1st
* Three night deposit required upon booking.
* Balance due in full 45 days prior to arrival.
* Cancellation deadline is 45 days prior to arrival.
* Cancellations more than 45 days prior to arrival, a credit voucher will be issued for the 3 night deposit.
* Cancellations with less than 45 days prior to arrival, will result in loss of 3 night deposit, but will be issued a credit voucher for the remaining balance for a future visit. The 3 night deposit must be paid again upon booking the future visit.
* Cancellations with 25 days or less to arrival date, result in loss of all monies paid.
* We accept Master Card, VISA, and American Express.
* No refunds for late arrivals, early departures or no shows.
* Bookings with less than 45 days notice require payment in full at time of reservation and are non refundable.
* Each villa on the property is individually owned. Exact villa number will be assigned before arrival and guests will be notified via email of their assigned villa/room number and of check in procedures. In the event of an unforeseen emergencies, on part of Absolute Paradise Villas, LLC, such as fire, hurricane, flooding, (Acts of God), etc., the company reserves the right to cancel reservations and refund monies to client.
