Cayman Islands (October 31, 2012) - The Cayman Islands recently received top honors from the World Travel Awards in Turks & Caicos!
The World Travel Awards program, hailed as the 'Oscars of the travel industry' by the global media, highlights and rewards those travel brands that have made the greatest contribution to the industry over the past year. The Cayman Islands took home three awards for "Caribbean's Leading Dive Destination", Grand Cayman Beach Suites as "Cayman's leading Hotel", and the Ritz Carlton as "Caribbean leading Hotel Residences".

The Intertrust Cayman Islands Marathon takes place on Sunday, December 2nd in Grand Cayman. This intimate, well-organised and fun event features a full marathon, half marathon, 4-person team relay and Kids Fun Run. The race is chip-timed, IAAF-certified, and can be used as a qualifier for the Boston Marathon.
